We are the National Culinary Association of the Maldives.
We work closely with chefs in the Maldives,providing opportunities for networking and skill enhancement via participation in regional and international culinary competitions, exhibitions and forums. Through these efforts, we foster a community of culinary excellence and innovation.
To elevate the culinary profession in the Maldives by empowering chefs to excel and uphold international best practices in the culinary industry.
The Chefs Guild of Maldives is dedicated to advancing culinary arts by promoting professionalism, supporting the development of young chefs, and creating networking and global recognition opportunities for chefs to showcase their talents.

Food & Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) & Global Culinary Challenge
Food & Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) & Global Culinary Challenge: A premier food and hospitality gathering in the Maldives since 2013 by Dhivehi Expo Services, and endorsed by the Chefs Guild of Maldives and WorldChefs. The Global Culinary Challenge is an anticipated event by the culinary industry of the Maldives, as it is a platform for chefs to display their talent. In addition to the Culinary Challenge, a Barista and Mocktail Challenge has also been added to the FHAM proceedings.
Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge
A premier hospitality and culinary display in the Maldives since the year 2000. This international hospitality extravaganza is organize by Maldives Exhibition & Conference Services (MECS), and endorsed by the Chefs Guild of Maldives and WorldChefs. This event witnesses astounding participation by local and international hospitality and culinary professionals every year.
International Challenges
We regularly participate in regional and international culinary competitions organized by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WorldChefs), World Platform of Islamic Countries Culinary Societies (WICS), and other WorldChefs-endorsed culinary associations.
