Chef Mariyam Shiuna

Chef Mariyam Shiuna has over 15 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. She holds a BSc in Culinary Arts Management from the Maldives National University, and has pursued various trainings from Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Abu Dhabi.

She previously worked as the Head of F&B at the Official Residence of the President, and as an Associate Lecturer at the Maldives National University.

Chef Shiuna is a WorldChefs-certified Continental Judge (Culinary Arts & Hot Kitchen), and has functioned as a judge at various culinary challenged in the Maldives, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Türkiye and Russia.
