hef Ahmed Samaan Abdulla has over 10 years of experience in culinary arts. He holds a BSc in Hotel and Resort Management from the Maldives National University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management (Hons) from Taylor’s University Malaysia.
Chef Samaan has worked at esteemed resort establishments in the Maldives and Malaysia, as well a 1-Michelin Star Restaurant in France.
Currently, Chef Samaan is working on opening a new restaurant.
Beyond his culinary career, Chef Samaan is the National Commissioner for Digitization and Technology at the Scout Association of Maldives.
