Chef Abdulla Sobah is a prominent chef based in the Maldives, with over 25 years of experience. He has had the privilege of working alongside a number of Michelin-starred chefs throughout his career.

Chef Abdulla Sobah previously served as the Vice President of the Chefs Guild of Maldives. Currently, he is the Chef de Cuisine at Soneva Fushi resort.

Chef Sobah and his cooking was featured on CNN Travel in 2020, a feat that showcased his talent and local Maldivian cuisine to a wide international platform.

He is a WorldChefs-certified Continental Judge (Culinary Arts & Hot Kitchen), and a recipient of the National Award of Recognition (Promotion of Culinary Arts) by the Government of Maldives in 2015.
